When a moment node is selected the properties for that moment are displayed on the left hand side of the progression plan. These properties include a list of the progression elements that the moment contains, as well as a list of gameplay gates. Both these lists are editable. In addition, a list of all possible paths to the selected node is displayed, as well as the potential progression state (expressed in the form of progression elements) at the point that moment is reached.

The state updates list represents the content of a moment. It shows changes to the progression state as a result of the moment being played. See here.

If you check the "B version active" checkbox you can create an alternate version of the state updates for the selected moment. See here.
